Use the official Splashtop SOS link above to download the support app.

Run the downloaded app

If you do not see it, check Downloads and approve the normal security prompt.

Share the 9-digit code

Give the code to IT Wes by phone or text.

Quit the app when finished

Closing SOS ends the session. A new code is required next time.

Safety note

Only share a remote code when you are already working with IT Wes. If a pop-up or unknown caller asks for access, stop and call someone you trust.

When on-site is better

Office setup, Wi-Fi coverage, printer setup, data migration, and hands-on walkthroughs may be better in person around Tucson.
