IT Wes comes from more than ten years of hands-on experience in the technology field and thousands of real-world technical issues solved for homes, remote workers, and small businesses.

The goal is simple: help people feel less overwhelmed by technology and more confident using the tools they rely on every day. Whether the issue is a computer that is not working right, a confusing account problem, a network concern, or a business technology question, IT Wes approaches each situation with care, clear communication, and follow-through.

Wesley Schaeppi is a technology professional, business operator, and community builder based in Tucson, Arizona.

Raised as a CODA, a Child of Deaf Adults, Wes learned early how important patience, adaptability, and clear communication are. That background shaped the way he works with people today: listen first, explain clearly, and never make someone feel judged for asking questions.

His path into technology started at age 13, when he built his first custom gaming PC. Before long, he was hosting game and voice servers that helped people connect across the world. That early interest in technology as a way to bring people together eventually became a career.

Wes began professionally as a computer repair technician and later rose to manage Smart Parts PC, where he worked through thousands of technical problems for local clients. Today, he owns IT Wes LLC and also serves as Director of Operations at Fortress MSP, where he continues to focus on honest, dependable technology support.

Through IT Wes, his mission is to bring calm, capable, and trustworthy tech help to Tucson homes and small businesses, with the same patience and care he would want for his own community.
